He may have the age of an adult, however his mind is of a child's. No amount of knowledge would grow maturity in a person's mind.

Her eerie golden eyes appeared to glow, "You lack so much in your growth as a man! You are satisfied only with little exploration into the lives of others, but that is all you will gain. Truly an asinine existence... perhaps that is why you are named such?"
