Appearance
Hair color: Black
Eye color: Brown
Weight: 150
Clothing: Though he prefers to dress in layers, Sean doesn't care too much about the way he dresses. Clothes get wet. They get changed. They get damaged, they get changed. He tends to favor outfits of darker color, but isn't against something bright. A shirt is a shirt, until the ocean makes sure that it isn't.
Personality
Sean is blunt and rough around the edges. For the lasts seventeen years of his life, if he wanted something, he took it. Though, he wouldn't act without thinking first. Laws only have meaning when someone is looking. Due to his time aboard Hannah's voice, Sean isn't afraid of killing someone. He'd sooner murder than negotiate. He's not afraid to make friends, but he's not above backstabbing them either. And to him, that's normal. That's the life of a pirate. You forgive them, but never take your eye of them. Despite that contradiction, Sean believes in brotherhood. Beneath that rough pirate, lies a dreaming child. One day, he'll leave it all behind. One day, he'll go home with enough coin and influence to save Esnid. One day, everything will be better.
Biography
Born to extreme poverty, in the distant kingdom of Esnid, Sean always dreamed of a better life. His father was a soldier and died on some king's tyrannical whim. It left Sean's family with almost no income. His aging mother made what little money she could by washing people's clothes and dishes. His younger brother was too young to work and Sean, then twelve, took any odd job that he could. Eventually, he wound up working for Captain “Waters” Bradford.
The initial job was easy. He distracted several guards with false claims, letting the captain's men take whatever package they were after. It earned Sean his place on the crew. Despite growing older, the Sean would always be referred to as “Kid”. Life on the high seas hardened him to bloodshed. Murder became second nature. His fleeting trust for the government, destroyed. Sean made better money, enough to keep his family fed. It wasn't enough and the captain agreed. It would never be enough.
Hannah's voice, Bradford's ship, had always target traders, smaller ships, and the king's ships. No matter how many things they stole, or people they killed, the pirate's had always insisted they were the good guys. They claimed to never kill anyone that didn't deserve it. It was all for a better life and there was a universal understanding, that someday this would end.
That end seemed sooner than imagined when the captain learned about a ship heading to some place called “Nohr”. It carried a great deal of weaponry and gold. Hannah's voice would follow the ship for several weeks before being ambushed by hiding Nohrian ships. The voice was silenced and Sean woke up along an alien island. He isn't sure where the crew is or if any of them survived.
