"Izumo?" Ethan questioned as he leaned in to look at the map. There's a few villages between here and there. I wonder if anyone might have stopped there." He sighed, brushing a hand through his hair. "Look, I'd be willing to get you that information, but I don't know if I'll be heading out that way. I'm sort of protecting this woman. I might be able to break off from her when we get to Shisaragi, but I need to make sure she's safe. I brought her into this and I need to keep her out of it. I'll try to head out there if I can. Ethan glanced off towards the top of the trees, then glanced back to West. "Alright, I'm willing to help you BUT I'm not dedicating to your group. Momentary allies, I haven't joined a thing. I have a feeling I'll see you again, so take care till then."

Ethan started off, walking with new purpose. He stopped partway and looked back. "Tell Fifi I send warm regards."

West brushed down his yukata and stood up, "Right, right, no worries about that! Only if you reach Izumo! Even so, I will meet you when you arrive so that I may fully brief you on what you'd be looking for." He stood upright and let his sleeves connect, "Take care, Ethan! I am glad that we have an accord, even if it is for a little while..."

He watched the mercenary proceed away until he had spoken once more.

"Aha, yes," spoke West with a gentle bow, "I will make sure she gets them."

After the man had disappeared, West proceeded back to the caravan, where he would then ride off to Izumo.
