Lulu let out a soft giggle as she looked up at him.
"I d-don't transform often..." she admitted. "So I've never learned h-how to hunt, really..." Her ears folded backward in slight embarrassment as she looked up at the transformed Wolfskin. Suffice to say, this wasn't how she imagined they'd look when transformed... But it was kinda cute... In a hulking, massive monster kind of way.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
“Wahahaha!” the wolfskin laughed boisterously with both his massive hands on hips, chest sticking out with gusto, “No worries about that! I’ll teach ya’! Come on!” He swung his arms around as he hunkered down low to the ground so that he was prepared to run, “All it takes is a bit of speed and knowin’ where yer prey is. Just keep yer nose out for scents and droppings! Ha! Oh, and try to be quieter, too.”
The huge fellow began to sniff the ground, huffing noises echoing from his mask. He ventured toward the forest as he investigated the floor. Lulu Aurelis
Lulu nodded sheepishly and began to follow gracefully behind him.
"I-ill certainly try." she whispered as she darted through the trees and other plant life the forest was thick with. She followed Kenta's lead closely, trying not to stray too far behind. It felt weird constantly staring at his backside like she was... In fact, not wearing clothing at all, especially around a guy, made her feel a bit uncomfortable. At least she could take some comfort in the fact that her fur covered most of what she didn't want seen.

Thus, the two figures had ventured deeper into the wild. It was a quiet romp for the most part, and given that two predators were stalking about, that was an awfully large amount of bloodlust.
That is, namely on Kenta's end. The excitement of catching something with his new acquaintance had him incredibly on edge, and he certainly wanted to prove himself in that way. Nevertheless, it felt like the air shook, so much so that a single snapped twig caused his body to drop to the floor.
"What was that?" he whispered, his head whipped side to side, "I heard something, you hear something? I'm pretty sure I heard something."
It was a little further off, as the theoretical snapped twig was actually true to life. Lulu Aurelis
Lulu's ear twitched as she heard what seemed to be a twig snapping off in the distance. When Kenta turned to ask if she'd heard it as well, she nodded vigorously.
"Y-yeah, I did." She whispered back. "W-what do you think it could be?" She began to trot in the direction, being careful not to snap any twigs of her own as she walked.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
Kenta sniffed the air gently, then a low growl reverberated in his throat.
"It's... boar. Common in these parts," he stated quietly, yet with absolute certainty, "Quiet, quiet..."
He and his companion thus stalked, and when the creature came closer to view, the creature in question was revealed. It was indeed a boar, one of modest size, but it feasted greedily on the forest floor of exquisite mushrooms.
Kenta put his hand aside to signal for Lulu to stop moving. He glanced to her, then started making gestures to her. A battle plan, apparently.
First, he pointed at the boar. Second, he pointed to Lulu, then made a circling motion toward the surrounding. Thirdly, he pointed to both of them as if they were on opposite sides to their target. Lastly, he nodded his head to her, hoping to gain some coherent response after his unusual method of communication. Lulu Aurelis
As she followed Kenta through the forest, soon enough they found the boar that they had detected by its scent. A sly grin crossed Lulu's face as she gazed upon it... Perhaps letting her instincts loose one time wouldn't hurt... As she turned to Kenta she saw that he was making gestures at her. It took her a moment to comprehend, but eventually she understood and nodded before heading off to begin what Kenta had told her to...
Being sure to keep a distance from the boar, Lulu circled around to the other side of it silently. She and Kenta were now on opposite sides of the animal.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
Not only were his actions understood, but they were reciprocated! Seeing such a thing gave Kenta a sense of satisfaction, nevertheless, they still had a boar to catch.
With Lulu on the opposite side of the distracted boar, the wolfskin made one more gesture to her, this time, one that was a touch more decisive: a countdown with his fingers, his thumb as the third.
One.
Two.
Three.
Kenta emerged from his hiding place, seizing the boar by its hind legs with his huge hands.
"The neck!" he yelled as he grappled the kicking boar, "Go for the neck!" Lulu Aurelis
Lulu watched as Kenta counted down for the two of them to strike. Three... Then two... Then one! When Kenta dove forward and grasped the beast, he cried for her to lunge for its neck. Lulu nodded in understanding and quickly did so, using all of her strength to dive forward. As she flew through the air, she opened her vulpine jaw wide and clamped down on the creature's neck. The feeling of her teeth piercing the beast's skin disgusted her, but... She had to admit... it was also strangely satisfying.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
The boar was locked in by Lulu’s bite to its neck, effectively crushing its windpipe. Now completely suffocated, nature took its course upon the swine.
“Woo!” the wolfskin cheered as he released the boar’s legs, “Hey, you’re pretty good, Lulu! Gotta hand it to ya!” At that moment, his form shifted back to that of his typical look. “Let’s eat well, huh? We worked hard for this one!”
Of course, it was assumed that they would eat the boar as is. Lulu Aurelis
Lulu let the dead creature drop, her eyes full of bloodlust... But then... She realized what she had just done. Never in her life had she taken the life of... Well, anything, save for maybe a mosquito. The creature had been peacefully minding it's own business... And they'd killed it mercilessly. Lulu looked down in horror, not even realizing what Kenta had said. She backed away slowly, terrified by her own actions.
"I... Idid this..." She said in horror as tears formed in her eyes. She'd let her instincts take control... And now she was paying the price.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
There was a negative emotion in her statement. Fool in thought, he may be, but daft to intuition he was not.
As he was already a natural-born hunter, it was strange to him that she would feel so terrible as to end the life of another creature. That is, at first. The realization that she was still, in fact, a girl from that civilized world had settled in. Given that... he had made her do something extremely out of the ordinary.
The wolfskin knelt down on his knees facing Lulu, and bending his body forward, both his palms were placed on the ground as he properly bowed toward her.
In effect, a kowtow.
"Lulu!" he exclaimed with his face to the floor, "As a hunter from the wild, this is how I live. I didn't think ahead that you would be so affected by the taking of life!" His head bent down further, planting the top of it in the ground, "I am very, very sorry! I didn't mean for you to cry!" Lulu Aurelis
Lulu heard almost nothing that Kenta said... Her mind was racing with a combination of regret, horror, and guilt.
"N-n-no... Its m-my fault... I a-agreed to come with you... I... I..." her tears began to flow faster as she reverted back into her humanoid form. She stood shakily and looked and Kenta sorrowfully
"I-im sorry!" she shouted as she began to flee, sobbing.
*Yawn...* W-what's with the look?! Hmph... Stupid humans.
Kenta watched with a blank expression as he watched the Kitsune run off.
...
Eh?
"H-hold on a sec..." he stammered as he stumbled to get back on his feet, "W-wait, Lulu...!"
"Kenta?"
The wolfskin's body tensed up as he whipped his head around. In the light of the forest, the form of a large wolf stood in the clearing. Kenta swallowed hard as he turned his body to face her, "... H-hey, Ma... what's... what's up?"
"I am not deceived, dear one. That was a kitsune just now. We wolves and foxes are different. You would do best not to pursue after her."
The wolfskin sighed as his ears drooped down sorrowfully, "Ma... I made her do something she shouldn't have." The wolf glanced in the direction of the fleeing kitsune, then to the dead boar before them.
"... You feel strongly about this, I take." "Yeah..." "So be it. You still have a guilty conscience, and that will hinder you from helping the family. She is heading eastward to the nearby town, but do not be swayed to linger."
Kenta's ears propped up as an expression of shock came over his face, "Wh... really? I can go?!"
