She always tried to incorporate the sage green sash that she had before she lost her memory into her outfits. It has golden thread depicting the Roman numerals I-XII.
About
Profession: Nurse
Alliance: Neutral
Hometown: Unknown
Likes: Although Emmeryn doesn’t remember much of her life before waking up Cheve, she has been slowing finding out what she enjoys. She finds the purest form of happiness when she is tending to the weak or the ill. She loves to pick flowers and talk to bees if they fly by her. She also likes to read if she can find books simple enough for her to understand. She loves to tend to a small herb garden that she keeps outside of her house, and visiting cats or children make her day. She enjoys talking to people, even though it ends up being more of listening, on a one on one basis, since large crowds overwhelm her.
Dislikes:Emmeryn cannot stand to be in crowded settings or large groups of people. She gets overwhelmed much too easily. She has a hard time talking since waking up in Cheve, and she gets annoyed when people are not patient enough to allow her to get her words out. She absolutely hates any sort of fighting and cannot stand to watch people act rudely towards one another. Even though she is a very patient and warm hearted person, she is not the largest fan of spiders, tight clothing, the smell of fish, or the feel of rusted metal.
Personality: Even though she isn’t much for words, Emmeryn loves to see people enjoying themselves. She is always looking for ways to brighten people’s days and make them smile. She is one of the most patient people that one would ever meet and she is as nurturing as they come. She hates to see any living creature get hurt and will often do all in her power to heal or help them. She tends to be sweet when it comes to dealing with other people, but she will not stand idly by if she sees unnecessary confrontation. As well as she can, she will speak up against wrongdoings and avoids conflicts at all costs. Since Emmeryn doesn't have much memory of, well anything, she is a pretty gullible person.
Biography: Emmeryn remembers nothing before the day she woke up outside of Cheve. The only reason she could remember her own name is because it was engraved into the staff that she woke up next to. She sat alone in a grassy clearing on a chilly fall evening, wearing dusty robes and with nothing to her name besides her clothes, her staff, and a strange golden headpiece that was badly bent. After getting over a large dizzy spell and fighting off a strong headache, she made her way to the nearest source of light on the horizon. She had found herself in the city of Cheve, where people all seemed to be pretty defensive and skeptical of visitors. When she tried to communicate with them her words failed her and she found that she no longer knew how to speak though her brain had no issue finding words. After a period of several long months and multiple visits to the local nurses and churches, Emmeryn slowly got to know the people of Cheve and earn their trust. She eventually learned how to use her staff to heal the injured and she took up an occasional job as a nurse. After several months she could afford a small cottage outside of the city limits, preferring to be away from people, and she would heal the overflow from the Cheve nurse stand. She was planning to travel the lands soon and hopefully learn more about her mysterious origin and why no one seemed to recognize her.
Other
Status: Single
Pet: Any stray cat is welcome.
Additional Notes: Since Emmeryn’s memory loss, she does not have the ability to communicate strongly. Her words often leave her, sentences come out in chunks, and often don’t make much sense. She tries to be extremely patient with herself and learn how to speak and write once again, but it weighs down on her so she tends to avoid most social interactions that involve more than nods or smiles.
