The portal's brief, aquatic glow reveals a gaping cavern. Once the portal fades, you are left in unending darkness. You strike a torch and venture onward. This inky world retreats at your steps and soon enough something scampers behind you. Bright flames whip around, painting the side of a ragged boot before its owner scurried behind a rock. You call out. “Hello?” The curious man reveals himself. He wears a Nohrian soldier's outfit, but the feral look in his eyes speaks of madness. He draws a dull spear and charges.

“Excuse me gentleman, have you seen my AXE?” He asked, pausing as he came within stabbing range of his spear.
Lost for words. How he could respond properly to the madman before him, he did not know. The last encounter with an insane person felt a lot more sorrowful. “I do not recall seeing a fish in the few seconds of being he-“
“YOU LIE.” Fish-man screamed.
Combat initiated!
"TURN ONE." Shouted the soldier at the top of his lungs.
"I beg your pardo-" THE SOLDIER STABS GRANT BEFORE HE COULD FINISH.
"I ATTACK YOU."

Lips curved into a smile. His eyes closed. "So this is it huh?" The soldier's tone adopted a softer volume. Albeit, it shook lightly as if to scream the inevitability of it all. "Thank you. . . For releasing from this. . ."
The butler remained silent.

. . .
Etching echoed throughout the cavern. Repeated jabbing and rubbing of a spearhead against stone carved letters inward. Upon finishing the tablet, the butler plunged it ahead of the soft dirt which the man rested under. 'Here lies a fighter at peace' it read.
Satisfied with his work, he ventured deeper into the cave to presumably find a rare material and his way out.
