Indignation is a Fire Emblem Roleplay. It takes place within the Outrealms as worlds collide and kingdoms wage an endless war. " The world need more women such as yourself and I don't say this lightly" Fierre was the sort of woman that would look out of place in Hoshidan society and this only made her more fascinating to Mitsuko's eyes. The taller blonde was the antithesis of what was considered the traditional Hoshidan woman going against the very principle of this outdated concept. Even drenched in rain water The Madame was ambitious, confident and powerful. These people she addressed clearly respected and feared the long haired blonde beauty.
" I plan on making a trip to the far east one of these days. I could bring you some exotic souvenirs if you are interested. Something light or small, preferably." Since Mitsuko was scheduled to part to Hoshido in a few days she figured she could show her good faith to the new colleagues bringing proof she'd actually dared to go across the bottomless canyon.

"That... would be great, Mitsuko ..." Fierre spoke with a slow nod.
This girl really knew her way with words. Should she have been an average jane, this would have been a compliment she'd embrace without hesitation... and yet...
Something appeared to snap in her mind.
"Under my circumstances..." Fierre mumbled with a sudden change in her verve, "... no, I don't think the world needs another woman like me." She looked straight into Mitsuko's eyes, "No woman should have to get where I am from what I've experienced in my wretched life. Where I go, death is not far behind." Her body appeared to shudder as she felt a temper rising inside of her. "No one... no one deserves to live through the hell I've been through!!!"
"Ms. Bergstrom, Ms. Nakajima," Halgam appeared with the two drinks and snacks, "A red dessert wine and your apple tarts." He blinked briefly and leaned toward Fierre, "... Ms. Bergstrom, are you quite alright?"
It was as if time had stopped within the lounge. People stood in place with eyes, wide and fearful, glued to the aggravated woman.
Fierre let out a quiet gasp. She hadn't noticed until now, but her fists were tightly clenched, and she nearly stood in her seat.
"... I..." she stammered, "... I'm fine. I'm sorry." She dropped back into her seat and slowly raised her head to look at Mitsuko, "... I'm sorry."

In the blink of an eye it looked like the whole atmosphere surrounding them changed. The Madame's complacent smile had been replaced gradually by a visage of anguish and regret. Mitsuko wondered which particular word she said provoked this unexpected reaction.
" I- I didn't mean to disrespect you or anything. " Mitsuko was trying to defuse this situation she'd gotten herself into. And just as sudden has Fierre reached the boiling point she seemed to calm down just as Halgam returned with their order.
" T-thank you." She allowed the elderly gentlemen to serve their orders and attend to Fierre's sudden outburst.
" Hey ... its not a big deal, really. i'm sorry I said something I shouldn't ... " Instead of saying more things she didn't know would harm her, Mitsuko kept her mouth shut focusing instead on the sweet dessert she'd been served. An awkward silence followed.

"It's not your fault, Ms. Nakajima," spoke Halgam with a gentle nod and kindly smile, "A few skeletons in the closet is all. Best to leave it be." Soon after he had spoken, the liveliness of the lounge resumed.
"Thank you, Halgam," Fierre sighed, she looked up toward Mitsuko with a tight frown on her face, "... I didn't think it would be me who'd soured this visit..." There was a bitter expression on her face as she sipped her wine and cut into her tart.
The following silence between them was killing her.
"M..." she mumbled, "Mistuko, I don't want to risk digging up old bones, but... how did you come to know about the company?"

" I joined a mercenary company shortly after arriving in Nohr. After a couple of odd jobs I heard someone mention the underground scene at the capital and how reliable informants are always on demand so I followed that trail. Took me a couple of times to arrive at the right place but it worked out rather well, if I say so myself." Mitsuko really didn't held anything against The Madame.
Form what she'd heard from Halgam it was something completely unrelated so she didn't feel particularly responsible for triggering such a reaction. More importantly Fierre had seemingly calmed down and they'd both apologized.
" I know I might have looked suspicious at first but I really cannot simply go back home. I'm so glad West gave the me opportunity to work. I don't now for certain what I would have end up doing if he'd turned my offer down."

"So... that's how it went..." Fierre nodded her head and sipped her wine, "You've got persistence. I like that." She put a piece of apple tart into her mouth and chewed it quietly. Shortly after swallowing, she took another drink of her wine and cleared her throat, "Yummy. You know, when I first saw you in the lounge, it was more of a curious thing. You see..." she reclined on her arm on the cushion beneath her, "... While we get Hoshidans from time to time, most of them have been male. Mostly backward diviners who are vouching for surplus supply of whatever item they're after... but you made me awfully intrigued."
She shrugged her shoulder, "I suppose having another woman on the team was a big desire of mine... too many meathead men, you see. It was a nice change of atmosphere."

" I'd rather work all by myself than surrounded by brutes like those." While Mitsuko was more than capable of fighting she much preferred to make use of Kurogane's mobility and her natural charms to claim whatever objective she set her sights on.
" Hmm... this is delicious. " This Nohrian style of bakery was simply mind blowing so much so it made her completely forget that awkward moment that transpired mere minutes ago. She was already almost drooling after a single bite.
" I'm glad you welcomed my presence. This company can do much better with the proper feminine touch." It was no secret women made for better spy than men.
" Back in Hoshido there's no shortage of Kunoichi- that is female Shinobi or ninjas as your people know them. " This was the first time Mitsuko had tasted this particularly sweet wine, at first she thought it would be her an instant headache but it really went well with the apple tart.
